Disposal service, not a series of taxi rides
Booking by the hour means the vehicle waits while you do whatever you came to do. Your luggage and coat stay in the car between stops, the driver knows the whole day’s plan in advance, and you are not re-explaining your route to a new stranger every ninety minutes. For a day of meetings across Karlín, Smíchov and the centre, this is the difference between arriving composed and arriving harried.
Packages
- 3 hours — 3,500 CZK, up to 60 km. The usual shape is airport, hotel, one meeting. Also the right size for a dinner out and back with a wait in between.
- 6 hours — 6,500 CZK, up to 120 km. Built for roadshows, site visits and conference days with several venues.
- 9 hours — 9,000 CZK, up to 240 km. Full executive day, including trips out to Kutná Hora or Karlovy Vary and back.
Beyond the included distance it is 25 CZK per kilometre; beyond the booked time, 1,100 CZK per hour. Both are quoted to you rather than discovered on a meter. Highway tolls, Wi-Fi and bottled water are in the price. We are not a VAT payer, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
Working from the car
The Enyaq is genuinely quiet, which makes it usable as an office rather than merely a way of getting somewhere. There is a secure onboard hotspot, so a call between two meetings is a real option, and chargers at every seat mean a laptop at 8% in the morning is not a problem for the rest of the day. The cabin is pre-conditioned and filtered before pickup.
The parking problem, solved
Prague’s blue zones are the practical constraint on any day spent moving around the centre. Your reservation carries a two-hour blue-zone parking privilege, so we wait at the address rather than circling the block or dropping you two streets away. Over a six-hour day this saves more time than any routing decision.
Discretion
The vehicle is unmarked and kept immaculate. No taxi roof sign, no advertising, no branded doors. Arriving at a hotel entrance or a partner’s office, it reads as a private car, which is what corporate clients ask for most often. The same driver handles the entire booking — there is no handover mid-day and no substitute you have not met.
Long routes and charging
On nine-hour bookings that cover real distance, and on any route past roughly 240 km, a fast-charging stop of about 30 minutes may be needed. It counts toward your booked hours and it is planned into the schedule ahead of time, normally to land on a lunch or coffee break rather than in the middle of your day.
