Prague Airport Transfer (PRG)

Fixed 800 CZK between Václav Havel Airport and any address in Prague. No meter, no surge, no surprises.

One price, agreed before you land

A transfer between Václav Havel Airport and any address inside Prague costs a fixed 800 CZK, in either direction. That figure is locked the moment your reservation is confirmed. It does not move because your flight landed late, because the D0 was crawling, or because you arrived at two in the morning.

If your destination sits up to 25 kilometres outside the city boundary the fixed price is 1,300 CZK. That radius covers Kladno in full, along with Roztoky, Hostivice, Rudná and the rest of the near western belt. Beyond 25 km we add 25 CZK per kilometre and quote you the total before you commit.

This matters more in Prague than in most European capitals. Metered airport journeys here can vary by several hundred crowns depending on the route the driver takes and the traffic on the day, and the ranks outside Terminal 1 have a long-standing reputation among visitors for exactly that reason. A pre-booked fixed quote removes the negotiation entirely.

What happens when you arrive

Your flight number goes into the booking form, and we track it. If you land forty minutes early or ninety minutes late, the pickup moves with the aircraft — you do not need to message us, and you are not charged for the gap.

You are met inside the arrivals hall with a name board, not at a kerbside meeting point three minutes’ walk away. Luggage is loaded for you. You get 10 minutes of free waiting after landing; after that, waiting is 100 CZK per started 10 minutes, and airport parking is passed through at cost. In practice the free window covers passport control and baggage reclaim for most Schengen arrivals.

The vehicle

Every ride is in a 100% electric Škoda Enyaq SUV. It is unmarked — no roof sign, no livery — which is the point when you are being dropped at a hotel entrance or a client’s office. The cabin is silent, pre-conditioned before you get in, and carries onboard Wi-Fi, multi-cable chargers at every seat and chilled bottled water.

The boot takes two large suitcases plus two cabin bags comfortably. If you are travelling with more, put it in the booking notes and we will confirm the fit before your date rather than leaving you to find out at the terminal.

Getting into the historic centre

Most of Prague 1 is restricted, and finding a legal stopping place near a hotel on a narrow street in Malá Strana or Staré Město is the part visitors underestimate. Every reservation includes a two-hour parking privilege in Prague blue zones, so we can pull up at your actual address instead of leaving you and your luggage on a corner.

Booking

Standard reservations open 36 hours ahead, and the slot is confirmed personally rather than automatically — this is a single-vehicle, single-driver operation, not a dispatch pool, which is precisely why the service is consistent.

Closer than that, the booking form does not shut you out. Pick your time as normal and send it as an urgent request: it lands on the driver’s screen flagged, the slot is held while it is checked against the live schedule, and you get an answer either way, usually within the hour. For anything genuinely time-critical, calling +420 606 367 887 is still faster than any form.

Nothing is charged when you book. Payment is by card on a SumUp terminal in the vehicle, or in advance by secure payment link if your company needs it that way. Prices are final — we are not a VAT payer, so there is nothing to add.
