Fixed 4,000 CZK to Brno city centre — the same price from anywhere in Prague or from the airport. All inclusive, both directions.
One price, both directions
A transfer to the centre of Brno costs a fixed 4,000 CZK. That one figure covers any address in Prague and Václav Havel Airport (PRG) alike, and it is the same figure in either direction. It is all inclusive: motorway tolls, waiting inside the normal limits and every fee are in the number, with no per-kilometre surcharge added on arrival.
The drive is roughly 205 kilometres down the D1 and takes about two and a quarter hours in normal conditions. It is the longest of our fixed-rate routes and, for what it covers, the best value per kilometre.
Why this route in particular
Brno has an airport, but very little scheduled traffic through it. In practice almost everyone flying to Brno arrives at Prague or Vienna first. That leaves the train — good, frequent, and still requiring you to get from PRG into Prague, cross to Hlavní nádraží with your luggage and then sit a further two and a half hours.
Door to door, a direct transfer is usually the faster option and always the simpler one, particularly on a late arrival when the connections thin out.
Charging: the honest version
This is worth stating plainly rather than burying. The car is 100% electric, and Brno and back is around 410 kilometres. That is beyond a single charge, so a fast-charging stop of roughly 30 minutes is planned into the schedule.
On a one-way transfer it falls on the driver’s return leg, so it costs you nothing at all. If you have booked a wait-and-return, we tell you before you confirm where the stop falls and build it around your meeting rather than your travel time. Either way the arrival time you are quoted is the arrival time you get.
Working from the car
Two and a quarter hours is long enough to be worth using. The cabin is quiet at motorway speed, there is a secure onboard hotspot and chargers at every seat, so the drive down becomes working time. For a morning arrival with an afternoon meeting in Brno, that is often the difference between arriving prepared and arriving late.
Starting from Prague itself
The same fixed price applies from any address in the city — hotel, apartment, office or private home. You get a 15-minute grace period at the pickup point, and the two-hour blue-zone parking privilege included with every reservation means we wait at your door rather than two streets away while luggage comes down.
Leaving from Prague there is no flight to track, so tell us what time you need to arrive at the other end and we will set the departure from that.
If you are arriving at the airport
Your flight number goes into the booking and we track it, so the pickup follows the actual landing time. You are met inside the arrivals hall with a name board and your luggage is loaded for you. Ten minutes of free waiting after landing is included, then 100 CZK per started 10 minutes, with airport parking at cost.
The vehicle
A 100% electric Škoda Enyaq SUV, unmarked and without a taxi roof sign. Two large suitcases plus two cabin bags fit comfortably; tell us in the notes if you have more and we will confirm before your date.
Booking
Please give as much notice as you can. This is a single-vehicle operation and a Brno run takes the driver out of Prague for the better part of six hours, so the calendar closes around it. For short notice, call or WhatsApp +420 606 367 887.
Nothing is charged at booking. Payment is by card in the vehicle or in advance by secure link. We are not a VAT payer, so 4,000 CZK is final.
The rate covers the city centre. For addresses well outside it, or for a wait-and-return day, tell us in the notes and we will fix the adjusted price before you commit.
