Why drive it
Prague to Vienna is roughly 330 kilometres and about four hours on the D1 and A5. The train is comfortable but ties you to a timetable and drops you at Wien Hauptbahnhof with your luggage; flying means two airports and security for a journey that is barely longer by road. A private transfer collects you at your hotel door in Prague and leaves you at your address in Vienna, with your bags handled at both ends and nothing to carry in between.
It also makes sense when the journey itself has to be useful. The cabin is quiet and has Wi-Fi, so a four-hour block becomes working time rather than dead time.
