How much is a taxi from Prague Airport to the city centre?
Our fixed price is 800 CZK between Václav Havel Airport (PRG) and any address inside Prague, in either direction. There is no meter and no surge pricing. Up to 25 km outside Prague the fixed price is 1,300 CZK — that radius includes Kladno — and each further kilometre is 25 CZK.
Do you have fixed prices to cities outside Prague?
Yes, in either direction and all inclusive: Kolín 2,300 CZK, Plzeň 2,700 CZK, Brno 4,000 CZK. The price is the same whether you start from an address in Prague or from Václav Havel Airport, so a hotel pickup costs no more than an airport one. Tolls, waiting within the normal limits and all fees are covered, with no per-kilometre surcharge added on arrival. Other destinations are quoted individually and fixed before you confirm.
How far in advance should I book?
Standard reservations open 36 hours ahead. Need a ride sooner? Pick your time anyway and send it as an urgent request — we check the live schedule and reply, usually within the hour. Bookings are confirmed personally rather than automatically, which is why notice helps. Urgent requests are held while we check the live schedule and answered either way, usually within the hour. For anything time-critical, call or WhatsApp +420 606 367 887.
How do I pay?
Nothing is charged at the time of booking. You pay by card on a SumUp terminal in the vehicle, or in advance through a secure SumUp payment link if you prefer. All prices are final; we are not a VAT payer.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your flight is tracked, so the pickup time follows the actual landing time. You get 10 minutes of free waiting after landing, then 100 CZK per started 10 minutes; airport parking is charged separately. A delay never increases your fixed quote.
What vehicle will I travel in?
A 100% electric Škoda Enyaq SUV, unmarked and without a taxi roof sign, so arrivals at hotels and corporate venues stay discreet. Onboard you get Wi-Fi, multi-cable chargers at every seat and chilled bottled water.
How much luggage fits?
The Enyaq boot takes two large suitcases plus two cabin bags comfortably, or three large suitcases with two passengers. Tell us your luggage in the booking notes and we will confirm the fit before your ride.
Can you provide a child seat?
Yes, child and booster seats are available at no extra cost. Add the child ages to the booking notes so the correct seat is fitted before pickup.
Does the electric range affect long trips?
On routes beyond roughly 240 km, and on some full-day bookings, a fast-charging stop of around 30 minutes may be needed. It counts toward your booked time and is planned around your schedule, usually to coincide with a coffee or meal break.
Do you drive outside Prague?
Yes. Vienna, Dresden, Český Krumlov, Karlovy Vary, Brno and Munich are all regular routes, up to 12 hours in a day. Long-distance trips are quoted individually and the price is fixed before you confirm.
Is parking in the historic centre a problem?
No. Every reservation includes a 2-hour parking privilege in Prague blue zones, so drop-offs and pickups at addresses inside the historic centre work without circling for a space.
