Fixed 2,300 CZK to Kolín city centre — the same price from anywhere in Prague or from the airport. All inclusive, both directions.
One price, both directions
A transfer to the centre of Kolín costs a fixed 2,300 CZK. That one figure covers any address in Prague and Václav Havel Airport (PRG) alike — a pickup from your hotel in the centre costs exactly what one from the terminal does — and the same figure applies coming back. It is all inclusive — tolls, waiting inside the normal limits and every fee are already in the number, and nothing per-kilometre is added when you arrive.
The route runs about 85 kilometres, crossing Prague on the ring road and out along the D11, and takes roughly an hour each way.
The awkward journey public transport makes
Kolín sits on the main railway corridor and is easy to reach from Prague’s main station. From the airport it is a different matter: bus into the city, cross to Hlavní nádraží with your luggage, then the train east. Two changes and the better part of two and a half hours, and the last useful connection goes earlier in the evening than most arriving passengers expect.
Who uses it
Mostly people with business in the industrial belt east of Prague — the automotive and chemical plants around Kolín and neighbouring Tři Dvory bring a regular flow of engineers and auditors through PRG. A fixed figure means the journey goes onto an expense claim as one predictable line rather than a meter reading nobody can forecast.
Starting from Prague itself
The same fixed price applies from any address in the city — hotel, apartment, office or private home. You get a 15-minute grace period at the pickup point, and the two-hour blue-zone parking privilege included with every reservation means we wait at your door rather than two streets away while luggage comes down.
Leaving from Prague there is no flight to track, so tell us what time you need to arrive at the other end and we will set the departure from that.
If you are arriving at the airport
Your flight number goes into the booking and we track it. Land early or two hours late and the pickup moves with the aircraft; you do not need to message anyone, and the price does not move either.
You are met inside the arrivals hall with a name board and your luggage is loaded for you. Ten minutes of free waiting after landing is included, then 100 CZK per started 10 minutes, with airport parking passed through at cost.
The vehicle
A 100% electric Škoda Enyaq SUV, unmarked and without a taxi roof sign. Wi-Fi, chargers at every seat and chilled water are standard, and the boot takes two large suitcases plus two cabin bags comfortably. At this distance the round trip sits well inside the car’s range, so there is no charging stop on your journey.
Booking
Reserve ahead where you can — this is a single-vehicle operation and a Kolín run takes the driver out of Prague for around three hours. For short notice, call or WhatsApp +420 606 367 887 and we will tell you immediately whether the slot is free.
Nothing is charged at booking. You pay by card on a SumUp terminal in the vehicle, or in advance by secure link. We are not a VAT payer, so 2,300 CZK is the final figure.
The rate covers the city centre. If your address is a plant or village some way outside it, say so in the notes and we will confirm the adjusted fixed price before you commit.
